Terms of Use

The rules for using Digalli. Please read them carefully.

Last updated: January 12, 2026

Welcome to Digalli. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of digalli.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its normal operation, scraping content at scale, or using it in any way that violates applicable law.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including tutorials, articles, text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Digalli name — is owned by Digalli or its contributors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are welcome to make our projects for your own personal and household use, to share links to our tutorials, and to quote short excerpts with proper attribution and a link back. You may not republish, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of our content without our prior written permission.

3. Craft projects, not professional advice

Our tutorials are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. They reflect the experience and opinions of our makers at the time of publication and do not constitute professional advice. Crafting involves tools and materials that can cause injury or damage if handled carelessly, and you are responsible for working safely and supervising any children. Any project you attempt based on our content is undertaken at your own discretion and risk. See our Disclaimer for full details.

4. Third-party links and advertising

The Site contains links to third-party websites and displays third-party advertising. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, products, or practices of any third party. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk, and their terms and privacy policies apply.

5. User submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, photos of your makes, or other communications, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them to improve the Site, without obligation to compensate you. Please do not send confidential information you do not wish us to use.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the information it contains is complete or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digalli and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including any injury, loss, or damage — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or any content on it.

8. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, where Moodlr Dev Hub (MOODLR DESENVOLVIMENTO DIGITAL LTDA) is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
